straightforward place, clean, amazing value. exceptionally comfortable bed in king room with a microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment, and a tv. good location within easy walking distance of niagara golf trail. also - just off salem or boston.

The location was marvellous and unbeatable, for example, Waves Indoor Waterpark was not too far away from the hotel.

great central location for exploring parks and historic sites
We loved being just a short walk from Endicott Park and the historic General Israel Putnam House. The hotel offers a comfortable base for families like ours with kids to easily explore the area's fascinating landmarks and get some fresh air in the nearby parks.

Good breakfast selection.
Despite paying in advance for an extra night, the front desk still insisted I owed money and kept me there for over half an hour trying to resolve it. The carpets in the room were filthy, and the hallway smelled terrible. I'm disappointed that I never got the $43 refund they promised, and the lack of cleanliness is unacceptable.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
The staff was friendly, promptly adjusting our room rate due to an issue. Enjoyed the breakfast options, but the limited snacks in the pantry and lack of shampoo on request were disappointing. Be sure to ask for extras at check-in!
